I had an after hours problem this past weekend...no heat! I called Maximum Comfort after 11pm, and they had someone at my house in less than an hour. I was willing to pay the after hours fee to get some heat going. The guy who came out (Russell) was super nice and very friendly, especially considering there was still some snow on the ground. He had just gone to bed when he got my call for help. I would have said "call back tomorrow", but this man got out of bed, braved the cold and possibly some icy road conditions, and then spent about 90 minutes in the nasty crawlspace underneath my house. He got the problem fixed, and very well may have saved this 71 year old lady from freezing to death. He was very professional, explained things well, and most importantly, I now have heat! I appreciate all he did to help me on a very cold night, and I highly recommend Maximum Comfort!

Excellent service from a great company. We used them several times for various issue over the years. Their service techs are knowledgeable and do good work. For the past eight years, Maximum Comfort has serviced our HVAC system. My primary technician has been Russell. I cannot say enough good things about him. Over all here years, Russell has become a friend. He is a Jack of all trades, and simply brilliant. Three years ago Parker Craft discovered a water leak in my gas fireplace chimney spout, and recommended a new cap and collar. His expertise was nothing short of impressive. The day finally came when our HVAC needed to be replaced. Although I sought additional quotes, I knew I could trust the recommendation of Parker Craft. Michael and Ben worked their magic with the installation, and I couldn’t be happier. For years I’ve recommended Maximum Comfort to anyone who has HVAC issues. These people are fair, reasonable, and just really great people! Thanks a million!

Parker Craft came out and quoted me for a new ac unit. I had multiple companies come and Parker gave me the best quote for top equipment. They were able to install the next day. Michael and Ben were my installers and they did great. They were on time and efficient. No one in Alabama wants to be without ac in the summer. Parker and Maximum Comfort got my up and running in no time. I highly recommended this comany.

I recently had a terrible experience with this company and I feel compelled to share my story to help others avoid the same mistakes. From start to finish, this heating and cooling company displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service. First and foremost, they missed our scheduled appointment without any notice or explanation. I had taken time off work to be home, only to wait around for hours with no communication from their team. When I finally got through to their customer support, the representative was dismissive and offered no apologies or solutions. When the technician finally arrived two days later, they were unprepared and clearly inexperienced. It was evident they lacked the necessary skills to address the issue with my HVAC system. Despite spending hours tinkering with the unit, the problem persisted. I ended up having to call another company to fix what they couldn't. To add insult to injury, their billing department tried to charge me for services that were never rendered. I had to spend additional time and energy disputing the charges, which was a frustrating experience. Overall, I strongly advise against using Maximum Comfort Heating & Air for any heating or cooling needs. Their unprofessionalism, lack of expertise, and poor customer service make them a company to avoid. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable and reliable provider.
