Over the phone they were nice and helpful but once I showed up it was a different story. Went in for a clipper guard mabey it was my style or the way I talked but she treated me like I was beneath her. I don't speak proper English I speak hood talk.. Don't judge me for how I talk or think I'm dumb... With that said the woman behind the counter was the only nice one thank uu to her!!

Went today (Sunday) a few minutes after 11. The Times on the door and online says that the store opens at 11. I ended up leaving at 11:30 when the door was still locked, and after I called the store multiple times and no one answered. Was ready to spend quite a bit of money there today on products I needed. Quite disappointed. Not sure if the time is falsely advertised, or if the workers are too lazy to open at the correct time.

The young lady there helped me with the shampoo & conditioner I needed for my hair and my daughter's hair also. Then she helped me picked out the correct flat iron that my daughter needed best for her hair type .

Nice people and great products. A lil pricey on some things, but over all I love going here for my hair care products. The cashiers I have encountered are always nice and quick to help.

Went in with a friend before close and page helped us. The staff here is always so nice whenever we go in.

where else can you get beauty supplies and healthy hair care.... great customer service... prices were reasonable and moderate at the check out... fast checkout associates were knowledgeable on products and how to use the items.... helpful and polite

Went here to get my wife a surprise. The staff here was very helpful. Good prices too in comparison to the big box stores.

This location is conveniently located just off the interstate. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the store is always well organized and clean.
