We have been to All the “big Gyms” but this gym by far is the best. Greg, the guy who runs it is absolutely awesome. The people who attend the gym are also very nice. No awkwardness of busier gyms. You have all the equipment you need too. The classes seem great, although I haven’t attended yet but they are free to members. I would give more stars if possible

It’s not great, but it’s not bad either. Good amount of machinery, you have your basic stuff. though some look worn down. The smith machine there has TAPE on it holding something together. The karate class there are fine, I had a friend that did it for a bit until he moved, however they seem like rude people at times, since the karate class is next to heavy machines , they get angry at other gym paying people because of the sounds of the machines. Around $300 a year and the owner doesn’t really get new equipment. His most recent investment was a "hacksquat". Not the best one out there, kind of unstable and doesn’t allow you to get good foot placement. Since there also isn’t a lot of machinery, sometimes you would have to wait a good amount of time to even use it, especially the cables in the middle of the building. The little outside area isn’t the best. Not enough space to really practice boxing on the boxing bags. So all in all, it’s a good basic gym, very cramped since there’s machinery right next to each other not even a foot apart. I suggest maybe Crunch, big facility, tons of machines, and depending on the hour you go, there could be few people there, or a lot of people there. Anytime fitness is a good option for anyone close to Bartow, Planet Fitness is also good.But if you want a really good gym, the best machinery, and don’t mind the distance, I suggest Esporta, gives you the best bang for your buck.

I remember a long time ago , this UFC used to be by Save A lot in Bartow , now it’s behind Lowes. I moved towns and haven’t been there in a while until recently, when a friend of mine invited me to workout with him. He enjoys that gym since he’s been there forever, however as soon as I entered that gym, everything looked fairly nice as first glance. When I started to actually use some of the equipment, it seemed not so nice. Some of the benches are worn out. The seat to it isn’t stable and so one wrong move and you could potentially fall over to the side, and if you have weights on hand, could be dangerous. Not the best equipment either to target specific muscles. You’d have to improvise with what you had and some of the times in order to do that, you would need to occupy other equipment , that may potentially be needed by somebody else. When I was there , it was sorta busy, but they did seem like nice folk. I asked my buddy at the time as well if there was any rude people. He said not a lot but there is some. He told me there a was an instance where the owner (Greg I believe it was) behaved pretty harsh towards a guy because he wasn’t a member, however he was there with a buddy who was and was just showing him around to see if he wanted to become a member. He ended up being cursed at to leave. I don’t even think I was allowed to be there either when I did go with my buddy. Theres some not so good weights there. There was a dumbbell that was broken, a 45lb plate that was broken as well, the hamstring curl was broke, it ended up being fixing a couple days later. People there at the time said there’s some machines that break multiple times. No gym staff, only Greg who is only there morning or afternoon.

Excellent gym! They offer classes, personal training and you can participate in fun weightloss challenges. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great equipment and is 24hours. All around great place. 👍🏽👍🏽

It would be great since I know a lot of people there. But I made a decision to be able to workout at a chain and have more access to my workouts. Sorry guys and gals.

I drive past 3-4 gyms to reach this place. Very friendly, well maintained, and well equipped. Box and Burn classes are awesome!

Great place for a work out. Not too crowded and friendly people
