Recently ordered $6,000 worth of plants from Plantology and they were amazing!! First off they had plants in stock that I had been searching months for and no one else could supply. Second, their customer service was excellent! They sent me videos and pictures to assure me of the product I was receiving. They delivered plants wrapped for transport as I needed. Delivery team was on time, kept me posted and was very friendly. Plants made it to their final destination and look fantastic! Will definitely recommend them and use again!! Thanks Brooks and team!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible place to buy a tree. I bought Fiddle Fig Leaf 6feet plus and I spend $560 to have a beautiful tree. I got a sick tree and it is shorter than 6feet. I reached out the customer service and they said that sometimes this is happening with transition and they said that it can loose its all leaves but if you give some water and light, the tree will be bounce back?They even didn’t comment the Wrong Size. This is not acceptable. If you want to spend your money and buy a sick tree, you can place an order.

Bought some plants, they’ve been doing well! Easy to use website, and plants shipped as advertised. Had a question and found customer service easy to navigate, prompt, and with a good sense of humor and humility. Would definitely order again!

They are shipping these trees without any moral dilemma over the fact that they’re not healthy. The seller is unresponsive, so I will be disputing this with my bank. Less than a week after delivery of a very malnourished plant, I realized the pest-related branch holes were not mere decoration.

Let me first say that I never post reviews, yet the outstanding customer service I received from Plantology compelled me to do so. Specifically, Brooks has been extremely knowledgeable about the plants I wanted and care they needed, available and responsive by email and phone, and willing to work with me when I needed a replacement. Excellent experience is definitively worth the price. Five stars!!

This is an update to my original review that I posted at the end of March. We have wanted a lemon tree for a long time. Moving into the Orlando, FL area, we spoke to several nurseries and they advised us against a lemon tree due to risk of disease. Going against our better judgement, I chose Planetology for our Dwarf Meyer Lemon Tree. So here is a brief narrative as to what you are actually selling people. I ordered a tree that I thought was going to be 2 foot tall. It was closer to 3.5 feet tall. It arrived on March 20th well packaged. Today is May 5th. The tree is thriving. It is now approaching 5 feet tall. There are over a dozen lemons on the tree. It is still flowering. BTW - the scent is amazing. New growth is happening. We could not be happier. Thanks Plantology. Tony My partner and I moved to Central Florida, Zone 9B almost 2 years ago. In the course of getting our remodeling done, I mentioned I was going to plant an herb garden out back. This is when I'm told that my partner has always wanted a citrus tree. After doing my research, I made the decision to get him a Dwarf Meyer Lemon Tree for our upcoming anniversaries. I placed my order and I hoped for the best. I've never purchased a tree online before but after shopping around, I felt Plantology offered me the best deal. I was expecting a 2 foot tall tree at what I thought was a fair price. When a massive box was delivered and unpacked, I was face to face with a very healthy 3 foot tall tree. I prepared soil and planted the tree. The tree is loaded with small fruit and one blossom. Or so I thought. Today I found another 6 blossoms. Whether or not we get to pick lemons this year is up in the air right now, but it sure looks like we will get some fruit. What I do know is I have a very healthy, good looking tree that arrived in great condition. I was also pleased with their customer service. All in all, a 5 star experience. Thanks Plantology. Tony
