I do not typically place reviews, but I had to write about this company. My initial walkthrough was with Lee. He showed up on time and was professional in his appearance. He walked my entire yard, asked questions, and made recommendations based on the climate, surrounding landscapes, sun/shade exposure, wildlife attraction, and a multitude of additional things I had never even considered. The work started soon after and was completed within the time frame requested. One of the best suggestions I took was the landscape lighting. It is beautiful at night. Thank you Landscape Improvements, for exceeding my expectations!

AMAZING experience from design to implementation for landscaping our new home in College Park!!! This family run business WELL exceeded our expectations !! The communication and project management of design, irrigation, piping and drainage, landscape lighting, artificial turf was all met before the deadline we were given. Our landscaping is what we enjoy the most with our new build and we know it will stay beautiful with their ongoing service in the lawn maintenance business.

Tyler and his crew were professional, punctual, provided us with excellent recommendations and followed through with amazing service that rivals the best landscaping companies in town. 5 stars well deserved.

So thrilled we found this company! I can't say enough great things about Lee, Tyler and Landscape Improvements, Inc. Our community has gone through several landscape companies since we have lived here, which is 9 years. This is the first company that has done what they said they were going to do. They are excellent! Our first appointment with Lee, he not only showed up on time, but arrived early. That in itself was refreshing. He did a walk and talk with our Beautification Committee so we could show him what are needs were, and what was expected. Lee was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable after answering all of our questions. After he left, we had more questions for him in the upcoming days and when I called him, he almost always picked up right away and if he didn't, he called back usually within 5 minutes. He is prompt, excellent work and responsive! We are absolutely ecstatic that we found them....I just wished we would have found out about them 9 years ago. It would have saved us a lot of frustration. HIGHLY recommend this company!

After living in Winter Park for six years, I can truly say that Landscape Improvements is by far and away the best company I dealt with in the landscaping business. The previous three that I tried to use, did not live up to the standards of what they had suggested. Tyler and his company did a phenomenal job with everything from weekly maintenance to large additional planting initiatives. Thank you for all the work over the years.

A wonderful, family-run business! Lee has such an incredible eye for detail and his son, Tyler, is such a sweet young man and always gives as much time as possible to his work. We love this company!

Crew were always timely and did an okay job - downside was we were paying what felt like a high monthly fee for a small property. Relationship really took a sharp downturn when I reached out to the owners to switch my service from weekly to biweekly. It took numerous emails and calls to get a response, to which the owner said he was happy to switch to biweekly, provided me with the new cost and said it would be effective starting the following month. Following month came and my credit card was charged the previous, higher rate. Another month - could not get ahold of the owner or the office. After more calls and emails the owner finally responded, going back on his word and saying sorry, we've changed our mind.

Very disappointed. Owner, Lee, would not return my calls to discuss damage done to my car where his men were mowing on January 14. His employer, Forness Properties, told me he said to them that he would help with half of the repairs. Guess what? He still hasn't called me back!
