Like so many others in the reviews here, we were traveling down I-75 when our van overheated right at the Cordele exit. After some Googling I called Fraser's since they seemed to do repairs as well as towing the vehicle. I was so hesitant to send our vehicle to a mechanic we didn't know but we had no other option. A driver arrived within 15-20 minutes of us calling for a wrecker and took us to a local hotel. He was friendly and told us to call early Monday morning to check on the status of our vehicle, as we broke down on a Saturday and the shop was closed on the weekend. I called Monday morning and they were looking at the vehicle, and by 3:45pm they had made the necessary repairs and said it appeared to be running fine, and they even offered to pick me up from the hotel as we could not find a way to the repair shop. Thankfully all that was needed was a new thermostat, but the tow bill plus the repair was much more reasonable than I had expected. I did not see any unnecessary, excess charges, and they never tried to upsell me on anything. We got back on the road, drove another 300 miles south, then a week later drove 850 miles home and never had another issue with our vehicle. Highly recommend Mike Fraser's if you break down on I-75 near Cordele.

Car broke down off of I75 while on a road trip north. I was desperate for help to get back on the road ASAP. They got me in right away and Mike stopped in the waiting room several times to update me as work was done. Staff was very friendly and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Recommend if you're not from the area but find yourself stuck there!

Had a blown transmission hose on our way to Florida, Logan came out quick, towed us to the auto parts store, and even helped replace the hose in the parking lot. What could have been a nightmare turned into a very short inconvenience thanks to Logan. Hour and a half later we were back on the road to our vacation. Good thing, because there were no car rentals open on the weekend. Not sure what we would have done with out his help. Price was great also.

Mike and his team were so good to us! Helpful, patient, kind. Did everything they could, going above and beyond to assist us in our breakdown. Towing prices were reasonable, as was the fee to check out the problem. Their main concern was for our safety and comfort. After their receptionist working long hours with us, our vehicles were towed and we were delivered safely to the KOA campground. Within 24 hours we were back on the road! Thank you Mike and Co. for all you did for us, including to help find my husband who had gotten lost in the unfamiliar town of Cordele, Ga.

Great place and people. I broke down on I 75 early in the AM They came, towed my truck to their shop, had me fixed up and back on the road in no time. Very fair price as well.

On a family of six road trip, our transfer case went out. Mike Fraser's towed us off the highway, gave us phone numbers to resources like cabs, rentals, and sleeping arrangements. They replaced the transfer case in less than 24 hours and put us back on the road at a very reasonable rate. Trustworty, straightforward, fast and efficient. 10/10. Entire staff consists of good, friendly people.

Broke down in Cordell at night. Nothing was open, waited two hours for on-star, finally canceled and started looking local. Thank goodness we did. The local police department gave us a few suggestions. Fraser’s pulled up within 30 mins - after hours! Busted water pump and they had us back on the road by morning! Whew! They saved our vacation and saved us money! Forever grateful to their crew.

Absolutely the best place in America to break down. They are Christians there and did a fantastic job and treated us with a lot of respect. I wish they were close to our house in Florida.

They saved us on the side of I75 with our broken down boat. They towed the boat, fixed the bearings and got us back on the road at very fair price.
