PDQ Fence

Choosing PDQ was a huge mistake! Giovanni was pleasant and engaging when giving us the estimate, so we had high hopes. Unfortunately, the quality of work was awful. There are some area where we have up to 2 inch gaps. One side (pictured) was done before any trees/or landscaping was put in and is so crooked. We had the majority of our fence done and then had to hold off for a second portion. By the time the second portion was to be installed it was new workers who clearly had no clue what they were doing. They told me they were with “PDK” when they came to the door-which should have been my red flag right there since they didn’t even know the name of the company. They initially started installing it incorrectly and I had to call Gloria to address it as the husband, wife and child sent to do the job did not speak any English. The fence was done about a year ago and already the hardware is rusted & wood pieces are bowing. We 100% regret using PDQ.

I am very unhappy with the work they did on a wire no climb fence. They had 2crews working at our farm. One crew put up the wire fence and had to fix the install that was done incorrectly, this happened 3x, three times the wire fence went up and three times that took it back down to fix...I believe this is why the wire is falling apart now. I called oct 2024 when the wire fence started to come apart at the seems and was not attached or braced in corners. They did come out and fix the first seam that busted but I have called, emailed and texted to have the remainder repaired. I have a text from an employee stating I would not be charged but no one answers the phone, email or text. The contract says they guarantee the materials for a year, I have been fighting this battle since October 2024, the fence was installed may 2024.

Our experience with PDQ was great. The estimate was done quickly, the price was right and they commenced work a few days earlier that promised. The crew that came out did a great job and completed a 200 foot fence in one day. My only complaint was the latch that they installed. It didn't comply with my request and was apparently installed incorrectly. After they left, I fould that I could nt open the fence from the inside. I had stand on something to reach over and disengage the latch from the outside. The latch itself, even if installed correctly, was a poor design. I have since installed a new latch that meets my needs. This is a small issue and I would not hesitate to hire PDQ again. We may enclose the rest of the yard and will certainly give them a call.

I was experiencing issues with my dog getting out of my backyard and one of my coworkers recommended PDQ Fence to me. She ranted and raved about the quality of work and timeliness of getting the job done so I had to give them a try. My experience with this company has been nothing short of amazing. Jeovanni was able to provide a quote to me after he assessed the area that was needing to be worked on. He even showed me grace when I arrived late to our appointment due to me being stuck in traffic. I let him know that my dog is very intelligent; a “ Houdini dog”and she can figure her way out of most things! He ensured me that he could secure my property for my furr baby, and he did not disappoint. The work and customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my fence. The team was very professional, and they paid attention to details. I had to make some changes in the mist of the fence installation and everything was still finished within 1.5 days. I would recommend P.D.Q. to anyone who wants a fence. Oh, and one more thing, my neighbor was so impressed that he asked for the name and number of the team so that he can get a fence done too.

The entire team at PDQ fence was top notch. To make it brief, they gave me a very fair price for material and installation and exceeded my expectations on turn around time from first visit to completion of project. This company (owner and employees) know how to deliver a great value for their customers. I highly recommend their services!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Today was the final straw I've given this company so much grace to do the right thing as it has been nothing but poor communication from the start of my project all the way to the end. With trash being left on site nails that I am still finding in the yard and this photo which is the lock not even nailed to my fence! The amount of negligence is shocking extra days of work added to the project for issues that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Concrete rocks being put under the gap of the fence to cut corners instead of using longer planks. When I searched the lower reviews of this company I found out the issues mirrored my own with communication of work to be done. As a small business owner myself i really tried to be patient with all the issues that kept coming up. Having this not even nailed down to the fence was what pushed me to make this review. I have spread the word to our neighbors and other neighborhood groups to really think twice before hiring them. My issue is not that the problems I had didn't get fixed it's that it's so simple that it shouldn't have happened in the first place resulting in a longer project completion. Being able to directly speak to someone would have helped these issues instead you call the office and it gets relayed to someone to call you back and you go in this circle of not getting a direct answer.
