Five stars all the way. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicle maintenance. Scott is a trusted mechanic and has never given us an incorrect diagnosis...EVER! He even went the extra mile to call the dealership for me when my vehicle developed an oil leak and was covered under the existing power train warranty. Not many people would do that! Thanks for being our go to car care guru!!!!

I had called about two weeks ago and set up an appointment for this week to have my brakes worked on. When I arrived, I found out they had pre ordered the parts they needed for my car and it was ready to go to be serviced as soon as I arrived! They not only were fast and fixed my car, they were so kind and some of the nicest people I have met since moving to GA! Thank you!

They repaired my Challenger engine shied. Found out the hard way the roads here don't play well with Challengers 😵‍💫😁. We recently moved here and had to find a new auto service center. I called and they were able to get me an appointment very quickly. This shop is in a very convenient location. The shop is professional, exceptionally clean, fast and great pricing. Based on my experience I recommend them Highly!

My family & I are new to Georgia, so I was so nervous on picking a new place for my oil change! I'm so glad I came across this one! Scott was so nice & my whole experience went timely & very smooth! Will definitely be coming here from now on!

Scott runs a great service. I generally do all my own repair work but if I don’t have the time, special tools, or equipment, Fort Oglethorpe Auto Service Center is the only shop I trust. They will tell you like it is and their work is exceptional. Over the years they have done a head gasket on my VW, replaced a wheel bearing in my daughter’s car, and fixed several air conditioners for me. No issues ever. Great people.

We have been here on 2 different occasions with our Tahoe and they have done a great job both times. Our ac condenser went out and they got us within a week and it was complete in a day. We had our battery go out on us on a 2017 Tahoe and those batteries aren’t one you can do yourself and they got to it same day and she is running great! Always friendly staff!

Unless you are a mechanic and know exactly what’s wrong then you are out of luck if you bring your car here. They don’t even bother trying to diagnose your problem. Told them it was some leak from a radiator or air conditioner hose but they claimed everything looked good. I had to take it over to East ridge and what do you know I was right and I have no experience in the field what a joke this place is.

I am more than satisfied with Ft. Oglethorpe Auto Service. Very refreshing atmosphere, to the point, DID NOT try to sell me anything but what I needed repaired. Thanks to all! I’ll be back (said in my best Schwarzenegger imitation)!!!!!

Needed to know if my 2010 Van was able to handle a 2,000 mile drive. Was told by others that it would be best to rent a van, but they inspected it, found a hole in my exhaust and recommended I go elsewhere to get it fixed; assured me that my white rhino could handle the trip. I appreciated the honesty and the time to look at everything. My van made the trip perfectly. So I am so grateful.

Had my brakes worked on and before my ride could get there to pick me up, Scott had already accessed the brakes and quoted me a price. My car was ready by the end of the day. They did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
