Worst county ever to get a tag! They have the worst customer service. No matter who walks in they act as if they are running a prison yard nobody greet you with a smile. Nobody tells you to have a great day if people come in to get a tag And they know someone will take their work to the back and complete it allowing them to jump the line when people wait for hours to get a tag. This Clayton office does not have the same rules as the other Clayton office near the courthouse. They require a lot more and will reject your documents over stupid stuff. This county seriously needs new management a new employees you are in customer service. If you do not like your job Then find something else your customers do not deserve your attitudes or your blunt disrespect we don’t owe you anything So it would be greatly appreciated to get the cork out of your butts and do your job with dignity and respect

Today I came to this Tag Office and their sign in machine was down. Me and 4 others were standing at the kiosk for a minute. I went to the window and ask one of the reps and she ACTED as if it was none of her concern. HOWEVER, CHIANA was amazing and had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE with an excellent attitude. I am very grateful to have met her. She also answered my questions without an attitude and apologized for the inconvenience. I will just like to THANK her for her GREAT ATTITUDE AND SERVICE SHE PROVIDED 🙌🏾🥰💯🫶🏾

All the employees at this location have absolutely no consideration...they will ALL take a lunch at the same time and leave ( 1 ) employee present from 11am until 1pm. If you are lucky they will make up no excuses why you don't have to make several trips.

Chiera was great! Very helpful and made sure I left with the proper paperwork and instructions. I was there for about an hour. The line also moved fast.

Don’t waste your time going to this office. Sat my entire lunch break waiting to get my registration sticker that was never sent in the mail. They need a better system and more reps at their desk during peak hours. The office by the courthouse is better timely, and more efficient.

Overall disappointed in this organization’s hours. The kiosk deal at Kroger is totally ridiculous. It charges a 3.95 fee on the registration renewal. Why is this! Why is this organization profiting off of car registrations. On top of this they have the audacity to charge a fee for using an ATM/debit or credit card. When does this end? Folks have it hard enough and this is not helping!

My first visit was pleasant, I went in to get my handicap place card renewed but the clerk at window 3 kindly let me know that I brought my expired license instead of the new one and I left and returned in enough time to get it done. However, the second older clerk that I encountered at window 5/6 made me feel very uncomfortable as she and the person sitting next to her on the other side of the corner booth were joking back and forth about me needing a handicap parking place card. The second clerk that assisted me today made a comment saying "I guess they just give these to anybody now," and the clerk next to her joined in and the other customer next to me felt like it was OK for him to join in on the banter asking how long are they good for and how can he get one, as if I somehow defrauded my disability and forged a doctor's signature or something. It was unnecessary, hurtful, and just plain tacky! It's hard enough having a disability that no one understands and even more difficult dealing with the physical pain and mental anguish of people assuming that just because I'm younger than most people with the same disability, that somehow I'm just being extra. Please train your older staff on "differently abled" and age discrimination!

I was in here for less than five minutes. The lady that helped me was very kind and throw. It was a clean and quiet place. Wish I had known that. This was the first place I should’ve come to, because it’s 15 minutes from my house.
