Sat and waited nearly 15 min in line. Guy over the speaker was rude and couldn’t even take my order correctly. Ordered the 2 for 5. 2 sausage croissants for charged for a double. Got to the register was asked multiple times what I ordered I a very rude manner as he admitted he messed up a lot of peoples orders. Just to drive Way with the wrong order and priced incorrectly. Do better waste of my time and $.

Got served raw onion rings twice after showing them the raw batter. Old nuggets. Waited 15 mins for small fry 6 piece and onion rings.

This is the third time in a row that Burger King has left a bad taste in my mouth..first, it was super slow delivery time, next the staff was extremely rude and our portions were lacking, and now this time they didn't bring my shake!! To top it all off I can't even contact the store!! When I call it immediately hangs up!! BK have it NO way...

All food was made to order. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was clean and organized. They offered myself and a friend a Halloween crown. We excepted 🎃👻👻👻

I went to the store on 38th Ave. Moline My receipt said they took my order at 8:34 PM. That left 26 min to eat in, as the dine in ends at 9 PM. I ordered a single whopper value meal, medium size. It took nearly 10 minutes to get my food. Finally the counter guy asked the food prep guy if he could complete my whopper. Which had been sitting in the prep area for some time, while they filled drive up, after drive up orders. When I finally got my food, they apparently didn't feel like making more fries. Which is funny, because the drive up is open for two more hours. When I opened my bag and ate, the Whopper wasn't cold but it wasn't hot either. Then they used onion rings so they could fill the medium fry box. (See picture) I hate onion rings.
