Just hoy gas

I usually shop here almost everyday. I recently stopped in to put $20 worth of gasoline in my car, and purchase sunglasses. The clerk checked me out with my total being $25 because I also purchased 2 store brand sweet teas. When I got outside I noticed the $20 I requested in gas was not flowing out, went back into the store to discover the Glasses were $20, and the gasoline was never rung up. I would have never swiped my card if I knew the total was $40 and not $20. I asked immediately to return the glasses. Keep in mind I had not left the premises, didn’t even start my car yet because I thought the gas was purchased. I was told I would have to come back later when management was there to ask for a return of the glasses. I contacted corporate, they asked for receipt proof of purchase and photo of glasses. That was last month. They kept telling me they would be sending me a check as a refund for the glasses and I offered numerous times to take the glasses back because I still Do Not Want them. They still haven’t refunded my moment, I’ve been told every week someone is going to call me back or email me back. Nothing. I will no longer be doing business at this location.

Always so rude can't honor free product, really misses the 711 in town

I stopped at this 711 on Thanksgiving my mom was taken to Union hospital by ambulance and i wasn't far behind n needed to stop for drinks. The lady behind the counter she was pretty and compassionate ,she told me not to worry and that my mom would be ok. She had no way of knowing knowing that but just she cared enough to ask me questions and gave me Hope was special.

I stop here every morning it's never crowded and they carry beer

Horrible...employees treat you like your a nuisance and they really get upset when they are smoking and your have to buy something. Store is always dirty bins in all the aisles the coolers were they have sodas always empty..just a bad experience...most of the time you can't even get gas

Love the service always have good conversations with all the workers as I work right next door at the motel.I haven't had any problems with the service the store looks clean and shelves are sometimes not full but they still always have what I need thank u

Hello 7-11 I’ve been working with you guys for a century and to have that young man come in and humiliate that lady about ice wasn’t called for!She showed receipt where I do believe it says .99 cent and he charged her $2 I’m not coming back as I will let me family and associates know not to give business unless she’s fully compensated and she calls me or email me at my name state above .gmail!!!This wasn’t called for!This lady had her babies in the car and also record him which is her free will that’s stated!She never threatened him or nothing but he called her a name as she didn’t react!PLEASE FIRE HIM!!

They still hadn’t refunded my money. I Contacted corporate again at this point going into thee Next Month, and they told me the owner would be contacting me for my refund. Well she finally did. When she did, she lectured me on the phone asking why did I contact corporate, and other additional questions like why did I leave the store if I did t want them. Everything that I ALREADY EMAILED and EXPLAINED to HER BOSSES. I reiterated because your prices aren’t listed on the merchandise, when I asked to return it I was told I would have to wait for the owner to arrive, and I had appointments I had to be at, and your receipt says no returns even though I NEVER left the property nor pumped gas due to the glasses being the price I didnt expect. There’s only one sign on the glasses case saying they’re $9.99. Not $25.00. She then told me to come to the store, and when I did kept asking which cashier rang me up, and saying she doesn’t do returns. She kept asking where the sticker was on the glasses, to where I had to walk to the glasses case and get the Same pair off for her to see it is indeed her Product and provide a barcode. She didn’t even go look to get a barcode for the return. I had to go above and beyond like I worked there for the barcode. Then she asked which Black person rang me up (the straw that broke this black camels back) and I didn’t answer her because at that point I felt like she was trying to get a reaction out of me. I calmly just asked for my money returned like corporate promised me she would do, and she continued lecturing me saying “next time you come”, to where I finally reacted and said there won’t be a Next Time. I will never step a foot back in that establishment. As much as I used to shop there and support that business and not only support but ALWAYS was also polite to the woman and entire staff, to be lectured and then asked which black cashier rang me up. Awful taste on my mouth. We for lifers- You lost this customer For Life.
