Hola muy buenas tardes tengan todos lo usuarios esta plataforma se dedica a rentar vehículos en mal uso y cuando vas a pagar te quieren llenar de crédito y demás son muy deshonestos y estafadores. Los precios de renta de un vehículo son distintos en la página , una vez vas a buscar el vehículo te dan otro precio 550$ . The rental prices of a vehicle are different on the page, once you go to look for the vehicle they give you another price $550. Fake Cancellations When it comes to Buggy Ride share Rental their protocol when it comes to payment for their vehicles is extreme. To the point where they cut vehicles off while the recipient is driving. Even though they have paid their money. It's crazy and really dangerous. Other than that this rental company is pretty good.

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work of Ginet Mora from the Buggy maintenance department. She has been one of the most diligent, proactive, attentive, and kind employees I’ve encountered. Ginet consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every issue is addressed with efficiency and care, always looking for the best solution for the driver renting a vehicle with Buggy. In a particular situation I experienced with Buggy, Ginet handled everything impeccably. From the very beginning, she followed up closely, provided clear updates, and ensured that the matter was completely resolved. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out, and it made a significant difference in my overall experience with the company. Ginet is a tremendous asset to the Buggy team, and I highly commend her for her exceptional service.

This company is bad for any ride share driver. First red flag was none of their vehicles are the price they advertise currently in the Uber app as $250.00 the actual price is $450 plus $15 compared to other top tier rental agencies that charge $400 for the same size vehicle Chevy Malibu to be exact . Even when speaking with a Buddy agent in person she denied that they advertise for $250 until I showed her and she immediately rebutted me by saying it was my responsibility to confirm the right price before leaving with the car so to avoid any heat break confirm your price before leaving the lot but wait there is more this will blow your mind over the last several months they have been debuting my account for traffic tickets that I allegedly acquired. So according to buggy they automatically pay for the traffic violation and then debit your account for the amount the problem is when I asked then to email me the original traffic citation they could never produce what I asked for only a invoice of the alleged violation.. I have paid this company over 8,000 in fees. The first mistake was they ask you to log into your Uber account through their buggy app biggest mistake you can make because they are monitoring your money their is no need for them to monitor your driving because they don’t require a certain amount of completed rides to remain on their ride share rental program .. Now to further explain one week the traffic charges was outrageous they debited my account for the rental fee $450 and $500 for tickets which left me with $500 from all my hardwork from the previous week so I called in and arranged a payment plan to pay off the balance of any remaining tickets so that I wouldn’t working backwards and they agreed to set one up only for them to debit my account the very next day for the remaining balance of the alleged tickets. Once I decided enough was enough I turned their vehicle in and when with a another rental agency, Here is the kicker They are still sending me text saying I received a ticket and I haven’t even been in their vehicle. The other red flag is if you log into your Uber app through their buggy app you won’t be able to use any other vehicle that’s approved in your uber app you will have to call uber support or delete your personal vehicle and resubmit all your vehicle information all over again and await approval.. if anyone has a similar experience dealing with this monster please reach out so that we cab obtain good legal counsel for a legal case..

I can't lie the reviews especially about the processing feesfor tolls you guys have was a deal breaker I'm so happy I read the reviews coming all the way to Rockville for all the. Money you guys charge for the rental the least y'all could do is knock off the other aggressive practices

Rented a car for a month to drive with Uber, but the excessive fees made it impossible to earn a fair wage. The rental itself was overpriced, but the worst part was the **$6 "processing fee" per toll**—often costing more than the toll itself! Even worse, a **manager promised to remove the charges** and transferred me to customer service, where the next agent had **no idea what I was talking about**. After working long hours, high gas prices, and these hidden fees, I ended up making **less than minimum wage**. **Stay away** if you're doing rideshare—this company squeezes drivers with unfair costs and empty promises.

Precious is an asset to the Buggy team. I do not like spending money. My anxiety was at an all time high and she really helped. Precious is not knowledgable of the process but also help in making sure your customers are completly set to make money ASAP. Dan

I have a great experience with the Buggy staff, particularly Amer at Customer Service Rockville, MD and Muhammed uamir at the billing department. They have been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful ever since I started renting with Buggy. And I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Buggy Rideshare Rentals.
