Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Hands down the best food and service in Bolivar! The staff goes out of their way to give you happy service and to make sure your dinning experience is great. The owners should be so proud of their team. They were out of concretes and I bought a pint. In 4 different cups, the deconstructed the concrete and made sure my boy had the experience he was wanting. Way above and beyond and we appreciated the effort and kindness.

I just want to apologize for not writing this sooner. We ate at this location with our toddler grandson and my disabled husband about a week ago. I placed the order, but had to see to some personal business once everyone was settled in waiting. The order came out before I came back. My husband started towards the counter with his cane. The manager saw him and the grandson and came right over and helped him back to the table. All before I came back (and I wasn't gone ling)! Boy did we appreciate the helping hand! Now for the food. It was excellent. We both got the California burger and it was perfection. So many fresh veggies on it too! We don't get over to Bolivar very often, but when we do we'll be stopping here. Such great and friendly staff and such a clean restaurant. I love that it's just off the highway. Let's face it Springfield Ave in Bolivar is almost as bad as driving down 76 in Branson 😄

I love this place! Customer service is amazing! I feel like a valued customer. They remember me when I return, they aren't stingy with add ins or toppings. Their food is amazing. Clean, clean restrooms, nice environment and nicely decorated. There aren't many places in Bolivar that are good to eat. Especially regarding fast food, so this is my go to.

This is the very best fast food place in the Bolivar area. The food is always good and the workers are always professional and attentive to the customers. I was waited on by Rachael and Dawson. They are 2 of my fav workers. I met Rachael for the first time since this location first opened. She has a great attitude, as does Dawson and the rest of the gang there. Always impressed at how well they treat customers. Almost like visiting family. 😀

We have been coming here for about a year now. It’s always the highlight of “ol’ fashioned” style car hop food and atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and happy. And not the weirdly forceful kind either, just genuine country hospitality. Shout out to Dawson who took our order today and prompted this review. Expedient and Jovial, he even came over later to ensure we had everything we needed. You can’t get this level of service outside of a sit down restaurant and that is very hit and miss in our smaller town. The food is always consistent and good. The level is on par of a specialty burger restaurant without the hour level commitment when on the go. Well beyond the “big three” (Wendy’s, McD and BK), none of which we patron for years after their quality diminished (even before the pandemic). So it’s nice to finally find a place where the food isn’t your stereotypical greasy mess. Lastly, the ice cream machine is never broken (you know what I mean): it’s really good custard. Far better quality than Culver’s.

We went twice in a day and each time was stellar. Fast good delicious food with great counter service. Clean bathrooms. This evening Madison took care of us at the window and it was a great experience. Can’t wait to devour this custard

I placed an to go order, as I was getting my drinks I realized I'd made a mistake on my husband's order. I said oh crap out loud. The gentleman behind the counter asked what's wrong? Can I help you with something? I told that I messed up. He don't worry I can fix that for you, and he did! His name is Jake. I called to let his manager know, she said he is a cook there. I just want to say thank you Jake for making everything better. You were very thoughtful and kind! You deserve a 100 star review. I hope you get to see this so you know how awesome you are!

The service was great. The food came put quickly. Our burgers were the old-fashioned kind grilled crisp on edges. Shout out to Caden and John. You two were accommodating. Overall cleanliness was great.

I'm hooked on the best burger I've ever had. The prime rib steak burger is probably the only burger I'll get. No I have to try them all but this one is incredible. The entire staff is on the ball and friendly. Where else can you find and see the owner working.

I did an app order. It was the slowest process ever! I could have ordered at the drive thru and received my order in the time it took to place the order on the app. I won't make that mistake again. That is not the store's fault. The burgers were hot but the fries were not and we didn't receive our fry seasoning. That is a very important part of the meal. Lol I do think the prices are too high. My granddaughter wanted a plain hamburger and fries, no drink. It was over $10 just for that. It wasn't worth the price. I also ordered 2 regular cheeseburger meals with fries. It was $45 for a basic meal for 3 people.

This was the best Freddy's food I've had in a long time! We actually showed up during lunch rush, line to the door and line backed up in the drive thru, so I was a bit worried until I saw the set up inside! Everything was quick and delicious! The people were friendly and accommodating. Hands down the best fast food experience I've had in a long time! Thank you!!
