I missed an appointment, issue with mail. I was given a second appointment and I am unable to attend due to work. I called to reschedule and the workers response when I asked when will the next appointment be was “ when I get to it”. Absolutely not and based on all these reviews HUD will be contacted. This is not a way to speak to anyone at all. For anyone experiencing these issues file your complaints with HUD!!!

They are horrible. Always giving the runaround and not doing their job. They need to fire everyone at that location and hire new people who actually like their job and want to do their job correctly.

BEWARE of Authority Property Management. After 2 wonderful years, we decided to buy a house & not rent. Spoke to APM about cutting our lease short by 2 months. Not a problem, they said. We moved, and APM refused a final walk-through as the property owner decided to sell immediately to take advantage of people searching for homes after the Paradise Fire. Then, APM not only kept our security deposit, they then sent us a bill for the complete new carpet in the old rental. When we told them that was illegal, since we weren't given a chance to fix repairs and the fact that the carpet was over 15 years old!! The OWNERS of Authority Property Management refused to talk to us.....and laughed when we said we'd see them in Small Claims. "Go ahead. I've lobbed this at a Shasta County judge and won every time". Really? Because not only did we GET OUR MONEY BACK, the judge chewed the owners out because they didn't know what "pro-rated" was, and in their business...."that's DISTURBING", said the judge. If you rent through APM.....TAKE PHOTOS when you move in, and EXPECT them to steal your security deposit. California IS very pro-renter, especially when you are dealing with clowns like APM. We sincerely hope APM goes bankrupt.

I ever live in passaic however I was told about an friend that passaic is perfect for my family n my kids to grow up at an is very amazing neighborhood n people that have very amazing n wonderful vibes or should I say postive love..and there section8 is awesome as well..I will love to move to passaic
