Excelente servicio.

Extra charges and very dirty car. Avoid at all costs. I picked up a Premium car here 36 minutes before my due pick up time of 11am. I asked if I could drop it back at 11am the next day without any extra charge and was told it would not be a problem. Now I have been charged an extra $140 for an extra 35 minutes of rental. Do not trust this company. The car was very dirty like other customers have mentioned and was far from a Premium car. Never again will I make the mistake of renting with Budget and Avis.

Reserved a truck 2 months in advance and they called 3 days before to say they had no trucks and were extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked about any alternatives.

I rented a car for a week online first thing in the morning on July 10th. Ordered a premium car, paid for it and all. In the afternoon I came up with a question after reading the reviews online for the Buffalo Main St location. So I called with my question and was put on hold by some women the second she picked up, said hold please. I waited on hold for a long time with nobody checking on me. Which was in the reviews that your put on hold forever. Not good business. So I hung up and canceled my reservation. I can't be worried about a car rental holding up my travels. Of course they still are charging me $50 for canceling my reservation, which I feel is uncalled for. Hey, if I can't trust the company to pick up the phone, I can't trust them for a hassle free rental. I'll give the $400 to another company.

They called me one hour prior to my truck pick up to tell me they had no availability and were canceling my reservation. My vehicle has been reserved for over a month. No alternative solutions suggested. Awful business practice.

Do not use this place! We booked a truck to move on a very short timeline a month in advance. We showed up this morning and they have no truck available. They gave it away to someone else. We are now left scrambling trying to find a truck from other places. Completely unprofessional. Update: they also tried to charge my card $75 for a no show - unreal!

Is there a less than zero rating? Budget deserves it. I rented a car and paid upfront for it. I had some modifications to my rental and that reduced the price. Now I am told that I will not be refunded the remaining amount because of..........their policy!?! I was not informed of this at any time before I paid, via email or at the counter. Not only that but you also did not have the car I wanted and was led to expect. Causing me to spend more than I wanted so that I could get an American car. When I called to see why my refund had not appeared on my credit card yet, I was told (and with a lot of confidence), that I would not receive a refund because I had Prepaid. Even though I was assured by the representative at the counter that I would receive the refund on my credit card. This is not an accounting error or as they claim, “their policy” it it a crime to LIE and then charge more than the agreed amount. I have contacted my credit card company to get my money back. I use Capital One and they are very good at dealing with these types of crooks. Now I will search out every available rating and review site and I will tell my story to any future customers Budget thinks they may have. I once had a very good personal and commercial relationship with Budget and now I have a determination to not allow you to rip off any more individuals and let as many people know about this as possible. All over 39 bucks!?! Budget is pathetic. Bottom line: DON’T RENT FROM BUDGET
