I visited wedgewood as a prospect customer looking to get a new apartment. When I arrived I was greeted and went on a tour. Some stuff came up that was not previously mentioned such as a NON-REFUNDABLE holding fee of 200$ that would be charged on my account as soon as they accepted my application without giving me any time at all to accept or decline which I was not comfortable with and thinking about withdrawing my application. Even 24 hour window between me getting "Your application passed" to "Do you want to go through with the process" would be fantastic but nope. From what I understood they would be taking 200$ as soon as they accepted and it would be non-refundable. When seeking clarification, the front desk person went to get the manager. The manager came out and asked what was going on but even before I got done telling her my concerns, she started yelling at me. I asked why she was yelling at me and yet she did not even catch her self. I tried to let her know my concerns even with the yelling yet she interrupted me and continued to. Even if I liked the apartment, I would not like to work with you guys. I was left flabbergasted at the audacity of the management. I have never in my life went into a meeting and had the person yell at me like that. This is super unprofessional and I will think twice about renting from you guys from now on. Not only have you guys left me a bad taste but you guys have outed me 40$.

The worst property dealers and business. They just robe your security deposit , no matter how clean and perfectly you leave the apartment. The other main problem is safety. It is not safe at all. Lots of crimes happening in the community as well. Please avoid this property.

This is a nice place and is affordable for my liking. The keep the landscaping nice and tidy and I love that the cop patrol and make me feel safe. One thing would just be a little updating inside the apartments with kitchen and closets.

Very unprofessional and rude property manager. Was late in meeting me for my scheduled tour, helped a walk in individual prior to my scheduled tour, I was told to wait in my car, accused me of wanting to invade her personal space when I just asked to sit at the table with her to answer the personal questions she was asking me, very impersonal and loud. Living space is so small, even for a two bedroom. Definitely not worth all the money they were asking for. Don’t waste your time.

Wedgewood Hills Apartment Homes had an amazing leasing crew! They really made me feel comfortable with my first time moving. I was able to get things done quickly and they were very hospitable to me. Truly thankful to everyone working there.

The community is a great place to live, very clean and quiet... I loved my time here until the very end when mice started invading my living space. I CAUGHT 10 mice between 3/11/22 and 5/16/22... the only reason I stopped catching them was because I stopped putting traps down. Maintenance picked up 1 mouse, the other 9 I had to pay someone to come pick up... Rent is feasible until you see the water bill gas charge an unexplained service fee, and high light bill regardless of the season. Office staff is very friendly though. My advice on moving here: Have A Cat!
