Great department store with huge selection. The staff is quick to help and also very knowledgeable. Also if you need aquarium supplies, this is a good place to stop by.

Compact and good with pretty much all you need

Terrible service. One of the worst DIY stores Iv ever been to. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful when questioned on a topic. Furthermore even after 1+ years of covid they still have no got a structured, fast and efficient system for click and collect resorting to needing to wait in queues for even more than 30m as shown in the picture. If there is another DIY store in the area or on your way your better off there. Story gets worse, the queue continues even more inside. To make matters worse the entrance for click and collect is the same one used for all the heavy duty forklifts going in and out constantly. Witnessed a customer almost getting hit if not for her jumping out the way and not for the personnel stopping. Nightmare....
