You have to go!! Cynthia is amazing at walking you through the process and you feel so better afterwards!!! My back pain instantly felt better after 3 minutes of cryotherapy!! Go!

I cannot begin to explain how unprofessional this business is! I decided to drive from Corsicana to this location, I called several times throughout the morning to see if I could get an appointment scheduled. No one ever picked up the phone. I figured it’s Saturday and maybe the employees were busy. I take the hour drive up to Mansfield, and unfortunately for me the business is closed. No sign on the door explaining why they are closed during their scheduled business hours. Today was my only day off, now I’m very disappointed that I wasted all of my morning trying to come here. I showed up at 11:30 am, and their scheduled hours are posted from 10am to 4pm. As I was walking back to my vehicle I noticed another customer showed up and was quickly disappointed when they noticed the business was closed. This was Very unprofessional, and rude to say the least. I definitely hope I get a call back in order to consider ever coming back to this location. If not, I will just take my business to Dallas. You lost the opportunity to service two customers today, do better!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Alexa during my IV treatment today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was extremely informative and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, and her friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Alexa provided amazing service, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone considering treatment.

I go to this place for the cryotherapy. It makes my body feel great everytime and I really need it today and they totally delivered!! I have not tried the IV drips but there is always a couple people in there everytime I go. I may have to try one soon!!

I visited the vitamin IV bar after coming from Duncanville. I called beforehand but received no answer. When I arrived at 2:45 PM, there was a sign on the door stating they were closed for lunch until 3 PM, and the door was locked. I waited for 45 minutes, but as of 3:35 PM, no one has opened the door.

Should have read the reviews first, this place is always close or not open on regular business hours. It’s 3:45 there’s a sign that says lunch 2-3pm but yet the place is not open called multiple times and no answer. Don’t waste your time here, take your business elsewhere. This is ridiculous

They were not open during stated hours and unable to book online. Noone answered call. Waited from 10-11 and saw other wait too. Drove 20-30 minutes

Good experience today. This was my first time going to an IV bar. The process was quicker than I thought it would be. If you suffer from migraine headaches they have a great cocktail for that! Now I’m all hydrated for my trip to a high altitude.
