Illl be honest is this the ritz Carlton. No, but the front office has great people who are welcoming, the apartments are clean it’s just up to you as a tenant to maintain the cleanliness. Don’t let the closed pool in the summer scare you. There is a pool across the street at the park that’s open most of the time. I lived here for three years and I’d still live there if I didn’t have to leave Virginia. The rent is decently priced compared too some of the places I looked at prior to moving in. I never had a bad neighbor or somebody I had an issue with that I couldn’t discuss and resolve the issue with. Would gladly live there again if I got the chance.

My experience has not been to well so far. I was shown an apartment that was up to par, but received one that has some issues. Although some of them have been addressed the apartment was not move in ready. Apartment did not look like it had been cleaned, bath tub was stuck in shower mode which explained the ring around the tub. The bathroom sink was leaking and loose, kitchen nozzle was broke. Manager fixed those things however I did stress that I work from home and privacy as well as background noise my company has a zero tolerance policy for. The a.c they have been trying to figure out what is going on with it makes a whistling sound when on. Asked to have it looked at being I saw debri trapped in the vent, it was cleaned out and the vents closed trying to minimize the noise. They have ordered a part but there has been no communication as far as how long it would be. Currently losing money while staying here. Should have known something was up when he said people never come back, after saying they were going to rent. It is outdated I have two different counter tops, and every time you open kitchen cabinets wood chips fall out. Windows can be sealed or replaced due to draft and air coming in. They are old and could use and update. Missing refrigerator handle inside. Definitely can use more attention to detail before renting and a better ready check list.

The staff were nice, but apartments are very old and built with materials that attracts critters. My unit was infested with cucarachas and mice. I broke my lease after 2 months of stay. As a renter, I can deal with some negatives, but infestations is a deal breaker. The furnace systems need updating. I started to smell fire and maintenance did respond quick. The problem came from an old piece from the furnace. They do move quick with bad credit/no credit situations, but it was too disgusting for me. I had to go, and I don’t recommend!

Move in Feb, of ths yr.. Al the office manger was very helpful with the move in... my apt is not the best bt there are no bugs,mice, or anything like that at all... maintenance which is Mr.Sam is very productive he comes an do what needs to b done!!! No issues or complaints from me.. I love my lil unit 🥰

Well let’s start this off by saying I went to apply for the apartment. I thought it was going to be a good place. You know the guy was kind OK. So I then try to call to see what needed to be done after call after call and get a no answer after weeks of time I finally get to upload the stuff again no calls no calls no calls. The guy finally answer the phone and said that this stuff is not focused OK I work for a living from 9-6 every day so I discuss with him that I can get there can I email or try another way he says noso being the fact that you didn’t process none of my paperwork or any of this stuff I asked if I could get my money back that answer was no I found it to be disturbing because you’re holding paperwork and money to where you haven’t even been processed anything yet so I’m confuse on what to do about this now. Any thoughts?

This is a good apartment complex to live. The enviroment is clean, peaceful and quiet. Maintenance is very timely in a matter of an hour after reporting. Regular maintenance also gives timely notification for scheduled maintenance. Management and maintenance staff are polite and friendly with good cutomer service skills. There are friendly holiday and complex observations for residence with treats. There is inccentives for timely lease signing which I love and enjoy..
