Since Greenbrier has taken over than have been several advancements and changes made to the property. To include repainting and surfacing of the parking lot. Changes to entry ways to make them more well lit and accessible. As well as changes to the laundry facilities. Management is better now and are easier to work with than previous managers

Under new management. Definitely easier to contact either by phone or by walking to their office on site that is open 5 days a week. In the process of making multiple improvements. I like where I live looking nice and being in good condition and it seems they do too. I want to always be proud of where I live. They also listen when we make suggestions and are willing to take it to the people in charge.

The leasing agent, Greg, walked through the application process and was incredibly helpful answering question. He is super sweet & easy going! I am impressed with the design of the building, because I was tired of seeing red brick walls 😁. I like the location and it's accessible to parks, restaurants, etc. I will be moving in soon, hoping for the best

I moved out a month ago and hopefully all of the recent good reviews are legitimate and trustworthy. Hometown Holdings were managing for my first six months here and Greenbrier managed the last six that I was here and there was no distinguishable difference in the way that things were being handled. I know I watched Greenbrier Management prioritize paying for repaved parking lots and new paint while I waited for them to come repair problems in my unit, as well as putting off other neighbors that I know had bigger issues. When Greenbrier Management first arrived, they were very encouraging and told us they would get things done and it was going to be different. Sent them a list of all the problems in the unit, just like I did when I first moved in with Hometown Holdings. Neither of them ever made my apartment maintenance seem important. Always calling, getting no answers and if they do answer it's the same shpiel about how much it means to them and how they take it seriously. I really do hope they're treating residents better now, I will just never forget how "taking it seriously" really just meant me dealing with the crap until I moved out.

New managers are great and making a big impact. Completely different than it was before. The review Etica left was when Hometown Holdings was managing it but it's got new owners now

The community has drastically improved since the new management company took over a few months ago. The new managers are much more attentive and are clearly investing a lot in the property inside and out.

The new management company is absolutely fabulous. They are super attentive when it comes to service request and the office staff is delightful to work with. I will be renewing!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The Flats at Glade Creek is by far the worst place I have ever heard of. The management is beyond negligent, the conditions are disgusting, and the false advertising on their website is nothing short of a scam. Let’s start with maintenance—or rather, the complete lack of it. Ceilings are literally caving in from water damage, mold is growing under vinyl flooring, and tiles are falling off in showers because they used cardboard as backer board. The flooring is “squishy” from moisture, and multiple tenants have reported finding roaches, leaks, and even human waste in their appliances. Despite repeated complaints, management does absolutely nothing to fix these issues. The outdoor conditions are just as bad. The playground is placed right next to the trash, and there hasn’t been grass there for years. The entire complex is filthy, and residents constantly have to dodge dog waste just to walk outside. Rent here is outrageous for what you actually get. People are paying over $1,100 for units that are literally falling apart, and management refuses to take responsibility. One tenant even reported that washers and dryers were full of human feces, and the landlords still wouldn’t address it. To make things worse, Hometown Holdings, the company managing this dump has ignored code violations, failed to provide necessary lease documents, and expect residents to just deal with their inhumane living conditions. If you are considering moving here, DON’T. The pictures online are completely fake, the property is falling apart, and management does not care about their tenants at all. This place should be condemned. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
