We were recently rented a 2024 Performance 200HP Tritoon for Half Day, It was a bit rainy at the beginning of the day, but weather got better. We had a blast, the guy behind the counter/might be owner. Was so informative, super chill, and flexible. My husband and I will for sure be going back for the winter time rentals. And I love the fact that they were the ones to pull the boat all the way to the lake, and they picked it up as well.

Shawn is awesome. He is a no bs kind of guy. Equipment performed as advertised and getting stuck happens. They really helped me and my son make the best of the day. This activity isn't for the general population. You will get wet. You will probably get stuck. You will have to figure out how to get a heavy Snowmobile out of the deep snow. You won't have signal. They will help you and give you tips on what to do. Free food and warmth back at the cabin when your done. I did a whole day and I could only do about 4 hours of it. It's not easy. Alot of fun and worth it.

Had an amazing experience snowmobiling! The hospitality was top-tier. Shawn welcomed us in and made sure we were fully prepared with all the necessary equipment. After spending a few hours on the trail, we returned to the cabin and were treated to hot dogs and cookies, free of charge. It was great to relax, watch some TV, and refuel before heading back out. The entire experience was well worth the trip, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

Amazing customer service from start to finish! I love the vibe at this rental place. So laid back and helpful. I could hang out at the rental place and just listen to stories all day! My kids loved all the dogs and hot cocoa. The machines were top notch also! Easy to operate. We will be back!

My co-workers and I (five of us total) visited Cascade Playtime Rentals for a team-building day, and we had an incredible experience! Shawn, the owner, who has been running this family business for 36 years, personally greeted us and made sure we were well-equipped with all the necessary gear. The snowmobiles we used were practically brand new, and Shawn provided us with a detailed map to ensure we had a great ride. After our ride, we were warmly welcomed back by Shawn's friendly dogs, which was a delightful bonus. Shawn even treated us to hot apple cider, shared stories, and spent quality time chatting with us by the cozy fireplace. His genuine hospitality and kindness truly made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend Cascade Playtime Rentals—not only is the service exceptional and personal, but the rates are also very affordable. Thanks again, Shawn—we’ll definitely be back!

Our group was invited to camp here, expecting a peaceful weekend with our kids. What we got was the complete opposite. Late that night, the owner's son became extremely drunk and started using racial slurs including the N-word with a hard ER multiple times, not just toward one person, but toward several of us. We didn’t argue or get aggressive we simply asked him to stop using that word. That’s when things escalated. He started making threats, yelling, and acting completely out of control. Law enforcement was called, and unfortunately, instead of helping, they allowed him to keep using that language and forced us to leave around 3:30 AM. They knew we had kids, and gave us no safe options. Even more unsettling, one of his friends mentioned this behavior is common for him, and someone else said their family is the most “paid” in the area and that “people stick together” around here. That alone says a lot. This place is not safe for families, and definitely not for minorities. I would never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

5-STAR!!! Three of us went snowmobiling and it was the BEST EXPERIENCE ever!!! Highly recommend anyone wanting a super fun experience. Sean is awesome!!! Great host. Great Staff. Super accommodating. We arrived a little late and was still able to go riding. Can't wait to do it again...
